The Transposition of the European Union-law in Health Projects Implementation with European Financing

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) was created to provide new financial resources for countries in need to scale up proven interventions against these three diseases. Out of three diseases, Romania has applied for a Grant in order to prevent and control HIV/AIDS and TB.
Our work is dedicated to all colleagues interested in the implementation of projects with European financing, including both juridical and technical elements for successful rewind of such health programs. This book includes the starting points (EU legislation, Grant agreements) and different examples regarding the effective rewinding of programs, offering in the same time the results achieved. We express our hope that the information offered would represent a real assistance for all colleagues wishing to be involved in such projects either as implementing or management body.
